Neovanex products will have a tracking number generated within 2 business days after placing your order, and are expected to arrive in your country within 7–12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the customs processing speed of the destination country. If your order has not arrived after 30 business days, please contact support@neovanex.com for a refund.
